DELIVERY

* Working days are classed as Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays in the UK

** All deliveries will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure there will be somebody available to sign for your parcel at your delivery address.

Delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands are subject to an additional two day delivery time as standard, please allow time for delivery in remote areas of the United Kingdom. 

UK DELIVERY

We offer the following delivery options:

  • UK Standard Delivery: £5 – Takes 2 to 3 working days from order, where orders are placed before 3pm on a working day
  • UK Free Delivery: Free – Takes 4 to 5 working days from order, where orders are placed before 3pm on a working day

Orders are sent with Royal Mail who will deliver your parcel any time between 9am and 6pm for UK Standard Delivery or before 1pm for UK Next Day Delivery and will require a signature on delivery.

Any orders placed on a weekend, Bank Holiday or after 3pm on a working day will be despatched the next working day.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY

We offer international delivery to countries in the European Union, Switzerland and Norway:

  • £15 - Taking 3 to 5 working days from order, where orders are placed before 3pm on a working day

International orders are sent via DPD courier network. Upon despatch, you will receive a tracking number which can be used to track your delivery: http://www.dpd.co.uk

In certain circumstances, we may use other couriers to deliver your parcel. If this is the case, we will notify you of the courier to be used and the estimated shipping time. 

RETURNS

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and individually check each item before it is sent out. We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase however in the event that you wish to make a return, we have a simple procedure.

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange and free return postage on any product purchased, provided it is returned in perfect condition (unwashed and unworn) together with the return label within 14 days of purchase.

For free returns from within the UK:

  • Please email info@onendeavour.com and we will provide a link for you to download prepaid postage with Collect+
  • Always keep a copy of your proof of postage containing the barcode number from Collect+ when you return your parcel as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit
  • If you have lost the returns label, no problem, contact our Customer Service team (info@onendeavour.com) and they will assist you

Returns from outside the UK: 

We cannot provide free return shipping for goods sold outside the UK. For any returns from outside the UK, please use the returns label provided and post or courier items back using a “signed for service”. Please ensure you obtain a receipt for proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit. We recommend you use a delivery method that insures you for the value of the item(s).

REFUNDS

Once received by us, your return will be processed in approximately 5 working days.
